JOIN US AS WE EXPLORE ALL THINGS RELATED TO BUSINESS VALUATIONS!
The introduction to our annual case study, Telecom Partners, got off to a great start in our January meeting! It was great to have all those who attended discuss this exit planning case and enthusiastically define the strengths and weaknesses that owner, Tanya Paxton, has to contend with to reap the rewards of a successful sale of her company.
Our February meeting continues with our “expert guidance and advice” to Tanya regarding the valuation of her business. Our two speakers will dive into the concept of value, the difference between an opinion of value and an estimate of value, the value drivers that can enhance value, and how the buyer market views and accesses value.
Understanding the financial goals of the business owner, the net after tax value that the business can provide the owner, and the gap between the two, set the foundation for our work for the rest of this program year, as we support Tanya to achieve her goals via a successful exit from Telecom.
We are excited that you are joining our exit planning team this year. If you have not, please print the Case Study, read it, and bring a copy to our next meeting on February 16th.
Please note our new Maryland location, Bethesda Country Club off Bradley Boulevard. Plenty of free parking is behind the club house. You can enter the back entrance, go up the stairs, where you will find signs to the Bethesda room.
