Join us as we continue our case study of Telecom Partners. The 2nd of 3 discussions on maximizing and protecting value!

In February we began to go to work!  Our speakers did a fantastic job of leading our deep dive into business value by starting us off with our 2st of 3 meetings addressing how to help business owner, Tonya, understand, create, grow and protect her equity.  With Anne Meltzer and David Farrell's guidance, we discussed the elements that create value, the types of valuation methods, and how to best advise business owners as they take specific strategic steps to increase value.

In our March meeting we continue our exploration of valuation by hearing from our expert panel on the legal protections applicable to help Tonya protect her intellectual property, which is a significant component of her business value.  Our panel expertise extends to helping us understand the best solutions for Telecom partners to implement so that operational weaknesses are turned into strengths.  Finally, to round out our meeting, we will address how value is assessed by a strategic buyer – so that Tanya can begin the work to sell her company for the highest value knowing where to focus her efforts.
