Christine Johnson, Counsel - Gammon & Grange, P.C.

Christine Johnson is an experienced litigator with substantial expertise in labor and employment matters. She concentrates her practice on the day-to-day counseling of employers concerning their obligations under federal and state labor and employment law, on the resolution of employment disputes, and on business litigation generally.

Christine previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. In that capacity she prosecuted wage and hour laws under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and defended the State in employment lawsuits before the federal and state courts. She is well-versed in all areas of employment law, and advises employers on compliance with: the anti-discrimination and anti-harassment requirements of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and comparable state laws; the wage and hour requirements the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and related state laws and related state laws; and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

John Hrastar, CEO - InterSource

John Hrastar has more than twenty five years of experience as a CEO, interim CEO, and CEO Advisor. He founded InterSource, a CEO Advisory firm, in 1990. The primary focus of the firm is the transitional stages of growth at the critical junctures in a company’s lifecycle. Having been both an owner and a CEO he has a unique perspective on the effect of the personal ownership concerns that drive business management issues. He is now an advisor to leaders of private companies, family businesses, and non-profit organizations. Mr. Hrastar works with leaders to realize and enhance their performativity as they create and execute their strategic plans.
