The New Jersey chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. We will be following a case study approach that proved highly successful last year. In this first breakfast meeting we will be introducing the case study and reviewing the issues and opportunities that surround the case for the 2017-2018 XPX program year. Our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.
September’s event will be a round table discussion that will set the foundation for the rest of the year. This highly interactive session will break down the case into several core areas that surround exit planning – management transition, operational improvements, financial planning, strategy development, etc.
