Strategic Options Review: What Makes Most Sense?
The New Jersey chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. As we continue to follow a case study approach addressing all the various considerations associated with a successful exit. Our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.
Owners and entrepreneurs are often not aware of the various options they may have to solve their capital and growth needs. While an outright sale to a competitor is an obvious option, other paths may be available, including a partial recapitalization, management buyout, debt financing or equity partners. What other creative alternatives are available to these owners? Once they are exposed to these options, what makes most sense? Join us as we explore the various considerations the owners should examine before proceeding.
This highly interactive session will allow for participation by attendees in a collaborative format. As an association of experienced advisory professionals for business owners and their companies, we are all focused on delivering the highest level of subject matter expertise to our clients and we would value your expertise and insights.
We invite you to join us for this exciting event and for the entire series this year!
To make it easy to remember, we’ll always meet on the 3rd Wednesday morning of each month at the Fox Rothschild LLP offices at 49 Market Street in Morristown from September through June 2018, so please set up a recurring calendar appointment now so you won’t miss an XPX breakfast!
