What expectation of the sale process can our owners have and what should they be prepared for? Although all processes are unique, there are some common issues that can be avoided to prevent delays or ultimate failure in closing the sale.
Scott Yoder is the Vice President of MidCap Advisors with over 25 years of expertise in merger and acquisitions, value enhancement, strategic succession and exit planning for middle market companies. Scott will lead the discussion raising many of these issues and ideas on how to manage through them, for both the advisors and the owners. Scott leads MidCap’s Ownership Transition services where he specializes on value growth and divesture strategies for owners of closely held companies. He collaborates with ownership, their families, and their advisors to develop and implement strategies that maximize wealth upon transfer in accord with overall ownership objectives.
