We kicked off our New Year in January with our new “Insider Sale” case study – lots of significant differences from last year’s “Third Party” sale. We are going to start our work by addressing a key element of a successful insider sale – preparing an employee to become an owner. We are so excited to hear from a Buyer who is in the process of buying the wonderful company she started with as an employee. We will also hear from a professional advisor who has served as a CEO, business owner, and a CEO Advisor since 1990, especially focusing on the transitional stages of growth.

See you then!
