GROWTH. TRANSFER. LEGACY.
In the exit planning world, we tend to focus on the process of transferring or selling a business. But it's extremely valuable to also understand this process from the buyer's perspective. So we're happy to present this conversation with Mike Rowbotham (Vice President of Strategy and Innovation ) from Corcentric www.corcentric.com (formerly AmeriQuest), a leader in the provision of procurement, accounts payable, and billing solutions.
Corcentric has been an active acquirer of smaller companies to help supplement their organic growth. Mike will talk to us about his views from the strategic buyer-side about his last three acquisitions of owner/manager companies (one with agent; two without). He is also willing to address their company’s general aversion to selling.
At this meeting, you'll learn about how transactions look from the outside in from this seasoned executive. You'll also meet and learn from private company advisors from a dozen professions who all work in the lower middle market. Hope to see you there!
