A large part of this year was spent discussing the North American Engineering & Consulting Firm case study. We’ve addressed exit planning and various issues involved with an insider sale. Please join us on November 15 as Cortland Valuation Group talks pricing. Margaret Fischer and Akila Narayanan will walk us through the valuation of the company and various components that sellers and buyers consider when determining the share price for the deal.
