Capri is the CEO of 4th generation Miller Foods in Avon, CT, a producer and distributor of top quality poultry. Most recently, she co-founded the UConn Family Business Base Camp, which enables her to share her passion and experience in family business. Capri also serves on the CBIA’s Small Business Advisory Council.

Keith Michaelson – Family Business Advisor, Lovins Group

Keith helps families navigate the challenges of major transitions in business ownership and leadership. He helps families approach and discuss the difficult issues creating tension and conflict in the family, holding back progress in the business.
