Please join us on January 15 in Hartford for an informative discussion on pitfalls to avoid during the M&A process. Our seasoned panel will be sharing stories of deals gone off course – and more importantly – the lessons learned to help our clients avoid potential costly mistakes in the future.

We are joined by Steve Pappas (Partner, Touchstone Advisors), Brian Fischer (Of Counsel, Day Pitney), and Jason Correia (Director, Blum Shapiro) in a conversation moderated by Keith Dee (President, Osage Advisors). Come listen as they share experiences representing buy-side and sell-side clients and the importance of quality of earnings.
