The question of which Exit Path is the best for any given owner is complex – dependent on financial needs, value driven goals, capabilities of the management team in place, the market and a myriad of other factors. Choosing the ideal path is far more important than deciding which path will yield the highest price! This month, we are going to explore the various Exit Paths, the pros and cons of each, and unpack some of the factors that can sway a decision in one direction or another.
