SHIFTING FROM THE ‘WHAT’
TO THE ‘HOW’

Crisis tends to interrupt the “traditional planning” processes and understanding the emotional turmoil (or our clients state of mind) is critical to helping them walk through the challenges. Lisa Kirchenbauer and Maura Fredericks are going to help us understand the personal effect of crisis on an individual and how we might be more effective in our advisory roles. Key topics include:

  • The 4 stages of a pandemic
  • The 6 stages of grief
  • What to listen for during your conversations that suggest the need for additional support
  • Best practices for leading yourself in order to lead others

Don’t miss this session!
