Join us for a lively discussion on ways to improve enterprise value using real life examples from our expert panel. Our special guest speakers include Brian Kerrigan (Partner, Whittlesey) and Jon Anderson (President, Sidehill Group).

    Our Speakers:

Jon Anderson, President of Sidehill Consulting

Jon Anderson started Sidehill Consulting in 2009, which creates and implements sustainable and rapid growth for small and mid-sized businesses. He began his career in Silicon Valley in the early 1980’s “boom or bust” period. Having always worked under heavy change requirements, Jon quickly developed the skill and passion for solving the complex challenges that keep sales organizations from performing at their best, and gained the reputation of a “sales fixer.”

    Brian Kerrigan, Partner at Whittlesey

Brian Kerrigan is a partner with Whittlesey in their Hartford office. He has provided tax compliance and consulting services for large public and privately held companies throughout New England for more than 17 years. He is skilled in managing tax computations for larger corporations operating in federal and multi-state tax environments, and has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions of both private and publicly held companies.

TESTIMONIALS

The most valuable part of my participation with XPX is the education about exit planning that I have received from attending meetings and from all the members. XPX is a very approachable group. Everyone is willing and interested in an exchange of ideas. I especially like the Power of Three which enables you to get to know other members better.

Dick Albu, Albu Consulting LLC

I really enjoy the small group interactions at XPX which is different from other organizations. I have also received an engagement from a XPX member.

Alan Booth, Executive Leadership Advisor

XPX offers excellent content based seminars specifically geared towards professionals focusing on the sale or transition of a business. The diverse topics and membership provide strong networking opportunities. Both the targeted content and diverse membership, focusing on bringing advisors together as a team to help the client, help XPX stand out from other organizations.
