I really enjoyed attending the XPX Summit, and thought the topics and speakers addressed a wide range of issues I should be thinking about. The business owner panelists talking about how they wrestled with a wide range of challenges really got me thinking about a lot of things important to me about my business. I was delighted and honored to be a panelist at the XPX Summit. I also had the opportunity to observe several of the other panels. XPX has done a fantastic job of addressing the practical (and most overlooked) aspects of exiting a business; alignment of all stakeholders and personal preparedness for what happens before and after the exit. The theme of transparency and the sharing of personal experiences by the panelists made this a tremendous learning experience - which was clearly evident by the high level of engagement of those in the audience.

The XPX Summit was especially useful in providing both breadth and depth around critical considerations for both buyers and sellers of business, especially in regards to timing.
