Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP Strengthens Business Transactions Group with Addition of Jeremy Waitzman.
Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP (“SFGH”) is pleased to announce that Jeremy Waitzman has joined its business transactions group as partner.
Described recently by one client as “an essential business advisor” and another as “a partner in the success of my business,” Mr. Waitzman advises clients on significant transactions and operational issues in their businesses.
Waitzman, whose broad corporate practice includes closely held businesses, private funds, and family offices, “fits well with SFGH’s existing client base,” says SFGH managing partner, Adam Grais.
Waitzman’s addition is the latest in what has been significant growth for the firm over the past few years, Grais adds, “we developed a conservative strategic plan about five ago. Earlier this year we added two senior litigators, John Martin and Sharon Sirott, as well as renowned family business attorney Henry Krasnow. Jeremy’s addition is the latest step in the execution of that plan. He is well-respected, and his experience will be a tremendous asset to our clients and, at the same time, he will now be able to offer his existing clients an expanded scope of legal services.”
Waitzman will work from SFGH’s Chicago office. He can be reached at 312-704-2199 firstname.lastname@example.org.
