Start an XPX Chapter

XPX is expanding across the U.S. and internationally. If you are an advisor to privately-held businesses in the lower middle market, we'd be happy to chat with you about how a Chapter could help boost your practice and your local ecosystem.

New Chapters benefit from lessons learned in the launch of XPX Chapters over the past ten years. We have a clear process to support local groups looking to found a new Chapter.

Individuals interested in starting an XPX Chapter in their area (i.e., founding members) should consider compiling a list of key contacts who may be interested in assisting them in starting the new chapter.

Our Chapter Launch Formula taps the power of the local community of trusted advisors in cities around the country: 1 person convenes a meeting of 5 and they convene a meeting of 15 to plan a launch. This group gathers 50 participants over the course of their first year. No one person carries too big a burden and everyone benefits from the power of their expanded networks.

If you would like to learn more, please contact Paul Cronin for information and/or view past and future seminars.

Join us for a series of discussions about exit planning that will help you get to know XPX and experience how our members learn from each other.

No matter your profession or perspective, exit planning is a big-picture issue that affects your clients’ success.  In this program you’ll learn from the experience of different advisors about how they help privately-held businesses and their owners grow the value of their businesses, transfer that value and achieve their life and legacy goals.

As a lead up to this program, we'll be hosting an on-line conversation in our LinkedIn Group (feel free to share your stories!). Then we'll bring the conversation into this live web discussion on September 26 with members of our community.

Don't miss this web discussion. It's an opportunity to share and learn from others in our community about this important issue. After the web discussion, Mary and Paul be available to review the basics of starting an XPX Chapter.

Mary Adams, Executive Director, XPX Global - Mary's firm was one of the founders of XPX. For the past five years, she has guided the overall growth of the network including coaching a number of our successful Chapter launches.

Paul Cronin, Director of Business Development, XPX Global - Paul is a leader of the Successful Transition Planning Institute and a long-time XPX member. He recently joined us to help manage the accelerating growth of our Chapter network.
