His goal is to help you become more resilient and adaptable in a world of constant change — so you can seize new opportunity before anyone else does! Jason is the author of the newly released book Build For Tomorrow and host of three podcasts:  Build For Tomorrow (yes, same name as the book), Problem Solvers, and Help Wanted, which he co-hosts with best-selling financial expert Nicole Lapin. LinkedIn named him a “Top Voice in Entrepreneurship” for 2022.

Prior to Entrepreneur, Jason worked as an editor at Men’s Health, Fast Company, Maxim, and Boston magazine, and written about business and technology for the Washington Post, Slate, New York magazine, and others.

Over Jim’s 34-year career with Grant Thornton He has held several leadership positions in the firm’s Audit practice.  Currently Jim oversees the firm’s delivery of ESG & Sustainability services. In this role he develops strategies and reporting solutions to assist companies implement a comprehensive sustainability program. He is the current chair of the Assurance Services Executive Committee, a senior technical committee of the of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants focusing on advanced matters affecting the accounting profession including sustainability, control reporting, and innovation.

Jim is a frequent speaker on audit and ESG matters and source for journalists seeking input on ESG, internal control, governance, and auditing matters. Jim was one of the primary authors of Guidance on Monitoring Internal Control Systems for COSO.

Terry Hannafin

Terence Hannafin is a Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich (“CMG”) and has been advising shareholders of closely held and family-owned companies for more than 15 years to help them achieve their ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ transaction. At CMG, Mr. Hannafin is responsible for leading the execution of transactions across a range of industries (with an emphasis on manufacturing, consumer products and business services) and directing business development initiatives. Prior to joining CMG, Mr. Hannafin was a Managing Director with de Visscher & Co. (a family business focused advisory and investment banking firm) and held various positions at American Express and Morgan Stanley.

Diane Johnston is a Senior Vice President- Wealth Management and an Institutional Consultant at UBS. As an Institutional Consultant and nearly 30-year veteran of the markets, Diane embraces the why of how a person’s story got them to today before formulating any guidance. She uses a highly personalized discovery process to unearth beliefs, heuristics and interconnectedness to past and future outcomes. Her advice centers on elevating the ethos of a mission or a goal, or both. Whether she is working with an investment committee, entrepreneur or a family, a sound mission becomes her beacon for advice.  She lives in Port Washington with her husband and the youngest of four sons. Diane is a proud Navy Mom, avid sailor and serves on two not for profit boards.  She holds her BA in economics from The University of the South: Sewanee.  Diane is a CIMA® professional and has her certificate in Investment Management Theory & Practice from the Yale School of Management.

Rob has approximately 27 years of experience in the tax industry. Currently, he is a partner in the state and local tax practice in Grant Thornton’s Boston office and serves in the lead role nationally for the state and local tax mergers and acquisition team.  Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Rob spent approximately ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the state and local tax practice. Additionally, Rob spent over three years with RSM McGladrey, and was a partner and the practice leader of the Great Lakes regional SALT practice. Rob has also spent two years as the vice president of tax for an $18 billion national distributor of grocery products.

Amantia Muhedini is a Sustainable Investing (SI) Strategist in the Chief Investment Office, Global Wealth Management.   Prior to UBS, Amantia was a sustainable investing fellow with Morgan Stanley’s Investing with Impact team focusing on impact measurement and product development. She also spent time at Working Capital – the Supply Chain Innovation Fund conducting impact and commercial due diligence on potential investments. Amantia previously was an Investments Associate at the Omidyar Group’s Humanity United addressing forced labor in global corporate supply chains. She is also a member of the Governance Council of United World Colleges International (UWC), a global education organization, and was a founding board member and acting Executive Director for UWC Albania, an education non-profit based in Albania. Amantia holds a BA from Princeton University and a MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
